[CLO] 소셜커머스업체인 쿠팡이 현대로지스틱스(구 현대로지엠)와 물류계약을 체결하고, 경기 군포시 한국복합물류단지 내 물류센터 운영 및 배송서비스에 나선다고 14일 밝혔다. 이곳 물류센터는 총 1000평 규모로 배송센터와 화물 취급장, 복합창고 등을 갖췄다. 상품 입출고 관리 및 보관, 제품 회수 등을 시스템화해 종합 물류서비스를 제공하게 된다고 회사 측은 설명했다. 상품은 딜(구매)이 시작되기 전에 물류센터로 입고돼 빠른 배송과 품절 관리를 한다. 품질관리(QC)팀이 물류센터에 상주하면서 결함 상품이나 가품 여부도 검수하게 된다. 김범석 쿠팡 대표는 "이번 물류센터 오픈은 단순 물류시스템 구축이 아닌 고객 만족도를 높여간다는 점에 더 큰 의미가 있다"며 "앞으로도 고객 중심의 '이(e)커머스'로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 '고객 감동'을 최우선 가치로 삼을 것"이라고 강조했다.
CJ GLS, 서소문 CJ대한통운 사옥으로 이전[CLO] CJ그룹의 물류회사인 CJ GLS가 중구 쌍림동 CJ사옥에서 서소문에 위치한 CJ대한통운 사옥으로 사무실을 이전했다. 지난 12~13일 사무실 이전을 마무리한 CJ GLS는 CJ대한통운빌딩 4개층(2~5층)을 사용하게 된다.

인천항에 새로운 정기 컨테이너 노선 서비스가 개설됐다.인천항만공사(IPA 사장 김춘선)는 흥아해운, STX 팬오션, CNC 등 3개 선사가 공동 운영하는 KPS 노선 서비스가 11일 첫 선박 입항을 시작으로 본격 서비스에 들어갔다고 지난 13일 밝혔다.항로는 ‘인천-부산-광양-상하이-마닐라-호치민-홍콩-세코우-인천’ 노선으로 각 선사가 1척씩 총 3척의 배를 투입, 주 1회 주기로 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 하역은 남항의 선광인천컨테이너터미널(SICT)이 처리한다.실제로 지난 11일 오후 4시 CNC 소속 M/V CORNETTE호가 SICT에 몸을 붙였다가 작업을 마친 11일 오전 8시, 다음 행선지로 떠났다. 이 때 IPA와 SICT 측은 함께 콜벳호 입항을 환영하고 인천항에 더 많은 배와 화물을 보내 줄 것을 요청했다.이번에 새로 개설된 KPS 서비스는 매 항차마다 약 1000TEU의 컨테이너 물동량을 처리, 올해 남은 32주의 기간 동안 3만2000TEU의 신규 물량을 인천항에 가져올 것으로 IPA는 기대하고 있다.공사 관계자는 “우리와 자매항 결연을 맺은 호치민의 사이공 포트, 필리핀의 항만공사를 대상으로 KPS 서비스가 더욱 활성화될 수 있도록 지원
